Does this replace my lawyer?
No. We generate first-draft equity documents — plans, agreements, meeting minutes — for your lawyer to review. We save you the first draft (€2-10k retainer), not the legal opinion on the closing.

What happens if I leave porción?
You take everything. Full export to CSV and JSON: cap table, transactions, plans, grants, vesting. No lock-in, no cancellation fees. The documents you generate are yours, downloadable as PDF and DOCX.

How do you handle stock options and taxes?
Per-grant tax preview built in: ordinary income at exercise + capital gains at sale, configured to your jurisdiction's rules. We model the local treatment, not the US default.

How much does it cost?
Free until you close a priced round: full cap table, one plan, founder copilot. SAFEs and convertible notes don't trigger paid. Pro plan at €49/mo (annual) once you have a real valuation.

What jurisdictions do you support?
Spain at launch, with Portugal, France, and Germany on the roadmap. The data model is jurisdiction-aware, so adding new countries doesn't require a separate product.
