Terms of service
Effective 5 May 2026.
1. Acceptance
By using porción.ai, joining the waitlist, or creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. The service
porción.ai is a cap-table and equity-management product for European startups, currently in waitlist phase. Functionality, availability, and pricing may change before and during general availability.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. To use the product on behalf of a company you must be authorised to bind that company.
4. Acceptable use
Don't scrape the service, don't reverse-engineer or attempt to circumvent its security, don't use it to violate any law, and don't use it to send unsolicited communications. We may suspend access if you do.
5. Intellectual property
The site, the product, and the porción.ai brand belong to BOTELLA DE VINO Y CAFE S.L.. You retain ownership of the data you upload and the documents you generate; you grant us the rights we need to host and process that data in order to provide the service.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Any documents, summaries, or models the product produces are first drafts intended for review by a qualified professional.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Spanish law, porción.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Madrid].
9. Changes
We will update the effective date above when these terms change. Material changes are notified by email to anyone with an account.
