Privacy policy

1. Who we are

porción.ai is operated by BOTELLA DE VINO Y CAFE S.L., a company registered in Spain. For any privacy-related question or request you can write to us at hello@porcion.ai.

2. What we collect

For the public site and waitlist we collect the email address you submit and, optionally, your company name. Once the product is open, we additionally collect the account information you provide (name, role) and the cap-table data, plans, grants, and documents you choose to upload or generate.

3. Why we collect it

To run the waitlist, notify you about launch and product news, to provide the service once you have access, and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Where data lives

Customer data is hosted in the European Union. We use Supabase (EU region) for database, authentication, and file storage. Email is handled by Loops; AI processing is handled by Anthropic with EU data residency. Where any sub-processor is outside the EU, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. On request we delete it, subject to any retention required by applicable law (for example, billing records).

6. Sub-processors

• Supabase — database, auth, storage (EU region).
• Loops — transactional and marketing email.
• Anthropic — AI model inference (EU data residency).
• Cloudflare — DNS and edge delivery.

7. Your rights under the GDPR

You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal data, and you can object to processing. Email hello@porcion.ai and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data-protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) at aepd.es.

8. Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie, pref-locale, to remember whether you prefer the Spanish or English version of the site. We do not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update the effective date above when this policy changes. Material changes are notified by email to anyone with an account or on the waitlist.
